Bantam Buckaroo is a Golden Age American Western comic character, best known for appearing in anthology comic magazines such as Blazing West in the late 1940s and early 1950s.
Bantam Buckaroo is a small, energetic cowboy hero whose name reflects his defining trait: *“bantam”* means small but fierce. Despite his short stature, he is brave, quick-witted, and highly skilled. His stories are usually lighthearted Western adventures, fast-paced and action-filled, humorous in tone compared to more serious Western heroes.
The character often outsmarts larger and stronger opponents, teaching readers that courage and intelligence matter more than size.

First appearances: Late 1940s
Era: Golden Age of Comics
Publisher: American Comics Group (ACG)
